This is a poetic meditation focusing on your upper spine. It should warm you up into moving your body.

 

It evokes a feeling of a mountain and how water flows downwards with the power of gravity.

Tip: Your diaphragm has edges connected to the bottom of your ribcage. It is a bit like a parachute, an upside-down bowl or the head of a jellyfish, moving in connection to the breath.
